Looking into the Future

UPDATE:

With no price rises since 2018 and having absorbed additional costs during the period of economis hardship, as well as upping our service level, the time has come to rebalance.

As with previous price rises, we always try to offer something extra.

The last thing we want to do is to lose advertisers of any description.

Band & Venue spotlights have remained a better than FREE, with the diary space often taking more space than the advert itself.  Some of the small display ads also fall into this category.

We have tried to encougae all advertisers to make the small to the website, which has become a tremendous promotional tool with over half a million impressions in the past 12 months.

We are currently working extremely hard to expand the website services and thus the benefit folk can expect from it. Our website ranking is very good, often showing in the top three after paid ads.  We have never boosted posts - our figures are totally organic

We are working on blog posts and newsletters to, hopefully arract interest and soften the blow.

Our facebook section has also taken-off, resulting in good reviews, and are also organic.

Our graphics have drawn many great comments, again not invited.

We are hoping to make our plans clear by the end of May.

Be assure, they will be based on loyalty and non-website advertisers will be offered an incentive to try this service for a trial period.

We do apologise for the changes, although we honestly feel we have been honorable in our efforts to be understanding and retaining our level of service.
