Saturday 23rd December
2:00pm onwards Hotel check-in. Drink vouchers will be issued. Complimentary tea and coffee available in the lounge area, with a selection of card and board games.
6:30pm - 8:00pm Three course evening meal, followed by coffee & mince pies. 8:30pm - 11:00pm JAZZ – the ‘New Orleans Jazz Bandits’ will be ready to entertain and entice you to start tapping your feet.

Christmas Eve
7:30am - 9:30am A selection of cooked and continental breakfast.
9:30am - 12 noon Social time – feel free to explore the shops in Reigate or use the cards and board games provided in the lounge area.
12 noon - 1:00pm Ploughman’s lunch.
1:00pm Coach trip for the pantomime ‘Beauty & the Beast’ at the Harlequin Theatre.
4:30pm Afternoon tea in the Garden Room, followed by some time to relax.
7:00pm - 8:30pm Three course evening meal, followed by coffee and mince pies.
8:30pm - 11:00pm JAZZ – another evening of music with ‘The Sussex Jazz Kings’.

Christmas Day
7:30am - 9:30am A selection of cooked and continental breakfast.
10:30am - 11:30am Enjoy an hour of music and song in the Ballroom, with Colin Martin on piano and Sarah Spencer on saxophone and vocals.
12 noon Christmas luncheon – delicious four course meal with a glass of mulled wine.
3:00pm The King's speech.
3:30pm - 5:00pm Light hearted music and general knowledge quiz.
6:30pm - 8:00pm Two course light meal, followed by coffee and mince pies.
8:30pm - 11:00pm JAZZ – ‘The Sussex Jazz Kings’ with guests Alan Cresswell (clarinet), Bert Butler (banjo), Sarah Spencer (saxophone), Colin Martin (piano).

Boxing Day
7:30am - 9:30am A selection of cooked and continental breakfast.
10:30am - 5:00pm Coach trip to Kew Gardens OR enjoy the film ‘The Holiday’ in our pop up cinema.
12:30pm - 2:00pm Sandwiches, chips and fruit served to guests staying at the hotel. A packed lunch will be provided for the visit to Kew Gardens.
6:30pm - 8:00pm Three course traditional Indian meal, followed by coffee and mince pies.
8:30pm - 11:00pm JAZZ – final evening of music with ‘The Sussex Jazz Kings’ and guests.

Wednesday 27th December 7:30am - 9:30am A selection of cooked and continental breakfast.
